Directions: Apply two pumps of creme to thin-skinned areas like back of the knees, inner arms, upper chest and neck. First time use of any brand of natural progesterone creme, double application for the first two months. Postmenopausal: For 21 consecutive days in the month, apply two pumps creme daily. Add more days if needed.

Premenopausal: Starting the twelfth day after the period begins, apply two pumps creme daily for fourteen days.
