We charge a flat rate of $5.95 on orders up to $50.00.

Orders $50.01 to $99.99 are $6.95. Orders over $100.00 are shipped FREE!

Expedited parcels are subject to changes in shipping cost based on the weight and value of the package.

Most order will be shipped via US Priority Mail. Heavy orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground.

Orders under 13 oz will be shipped via First Class Mail.

USPS First Class Mail and FedEx Ground packages have an average delivery time of 2-5 business days from the date the order is shipped. We pride ourselves in being one of the fastest in the industry. All merchandise is carefully packaged before leaving our warehouse.

 

Please allow 5-7 working days, for bank clearance on orders that are paid by personal checks.

Canadian Orders - We charge a flat rate of $9.00 for orders to Canada weighing less than 2 lbs. Orders weighing more than 2 lbs will be charged at the rate charged by the US Postal Service plus a $2.00 handling charge.

 

International Orders - NutriVera Naturals ships products worldwide. We ship most International orders via Air Postal Service. Because of the complexities of all the different shipping methods it is impossible to have standard international shipping costs. Each order is viewed individually and the best method is chosen for each case. Our International shipping rates start at $12.00. The actual shipping cost will be calculated by the weight, dimensions, value, and destination of your parcel. *International and Canadian Orders - Once we have shipped the package, we have no control over the package. We have no way of contacting the carrier to make any changes once the parcel has left the US. If you have requested shipping insurance, tracking information will be available, it will be provided upon request. We have no control over customs. We are not responsible for any customs charges, delays, and/or confiscated packages. It is the customers/buyers responsibility to be aware of your country’s Import/Export regulations, and restricted products. All delayed/confiscated packages will not be refunded or reshipped.

 

When will my product be shipped? - Orders containing stocked products are processed and shipped the same day. It may take 2-3 working days on ordered-in items (weekend and holidays excluded). We do not display the stock availability of our products on the website, we will try everything in our power to get backordered products in stock and shipped as fast as possible.
